Lagoona Kahuna Clean Up Challenge (Companies)

Time: Time slots are 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Save the date for a day of action and environmental stewardship! Join us as we come together to clean and preserve the beautiful Agua Hedionda Lagoon. While we work, we'll also have fun participating in games where teams compete for points to win the titles of Big or Little Kahuna.
Lagoona Kahuna Clean Up Challenge (Individuals/Duos/Families)

Ready for a morning packed with fun, sun, and giving back? Join us for the Lagoona Kahuna Clean-Up Challenge and enjoy a day on the water with family and friends for less than the cost of a regular kayak rental! Let’s keep our lagoon pristine and have a blast doing it!

Come with us on Bingo the Mini Pig’s daily walk around the Discovery Campus! Guests can take turns holding her leash while learning fun facts about her habits and personality.

Chicken Check-In

Get up close and personal with our 6 hens and learn about what they eat and some fun facts. Give them treats and find out what they like best.

Go back in time and make your own wiiwish by grinding peas in a stone metate.

Tortoise Treks

Follow one of our resident tortoises for a walk around the campus while learning fun facts about their habits and personalities.
Little Owl Thursday
3:00 PM - 3:30 PM,
Stop by and learn about nocturnal raptors, and meet the cutest owl in Carlsbad ~ Tecolote, a Western Screech Owl!

Swing by the front desk to shell-abrate the end of the week with a handpicked bag of stunning ocean shells.

Friday Fairy Fables

Settle into the Great Room for a whimsical storytime, where nature meets magic in enchanting tales!
Falcon Feeding Friday
3:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Watch our resident falcons enjoy their dinner! You will hear from a Raptor Specialist on their behavior, fun facts, and history.

Complete the monthly Discovery Campus scavenger hunt and get not one but two prizes!
