World Water Day Festival

Join us on Saturday March 26, 2011 for our 5th Annual World Water Day Festival held from 11AM-4PM.  The AHLF Discovery Center is the only venue in San Diego County which regularly hosts this important environmental outreach event for children and adults to learn about the critical issues facing our world’s water supply.  Crafts, entertainment and cool stuff to do for all ages!!

Pollinator Festival

Learn all the buzzzz regarding the honey bee crisis and critical role that pollinators play in the world’s food supply during the week long Pollinator Awareness Week.  Next year’s Pollinator Festival will be held June 25, 2011 from 10AM-4PM at the Discovery Center.  Although geared towards younger children, adults are often amazed at how much they learn at this great event.
